Porthallow & Coverack
Porthallow is situated below Falmouth in the Lizard peninsular.  A pretty and unspoilt fishing village, not so heavily visited as other villages along this coast and so usually rather quiet.  There is no harbour but the boats are pulled up onto the pebble beach.  The excellent Pilchard Inn is adjacent to the beach and the Beach Cafe is  right on the beach with outdoor seating and views over the beach and sea (a profusion of boats along this stretch of coastline).  There is a large free car park bordering the beach, usually with lots of  parking spaces.
Coverack, a few miles further up the coast, is the better known of the two villages.  Again, a pretty fishing village with a few shops and eating places.
