A detached roomy house in Crackington-Haven,North
Cornwall, just a 5 minutes stroll to the sandy beach, village pub, shop
and 2 cafes. Boscastle 5 miles, Widemouth Bay 5 miles and Bude beach resort
8 miles. With its spectacular cliffs & coastline, coastal walks and
excellent sandy beach Crackington-Haven is a great favourite with visitors.
The house has stunning sea, beach, cliff & woodland views; especially
from the first floor upstairs living area (lounge/dining area & kitchen).
A pretty, country setting amidst a few old cottages on a quiet side
lane leading down to the beach. Enjoy the woodland coastal walks to Strangles
beach and the high cliff walks towards Bude in the opposite direction.
Accommodation
comprises: Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has 1 King size double bed & 1 single
bed & en-suite shower room with shower, toilet & washbasin. Bedroom
2 (downstairs)has 1 double bed & 1 single bed. Bedroom 3 (downstairs)
has bunk beds (full size bunks but children only) & 1 single bed. Sleeping
for 9 but only 8 people please. Large open plan living area (upstairs)
with a kitchen/diner area with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer,
tumble dryer, dishwasher and lounge area with colour T.V. & DVD. The
washing machine is downstairs. Downstairs bathroom with bath, toilet
& washbasin. Heating by central heating & a wood burner in lounge
(fuel available locally). At rear is a large rough grass garden with garden
furniture. Garage & parking space at front for 2 cars. 1 dog welcome.

attractions nearby. Approx half a mile to the Holmbush Pub (food
available all day). A c1960’s house in a quiet cul de
sac position . Patio doors from the lounge lead onto an attractive
enclosed rear patio with seating and barbecue. Small enclosed side garden
area with flowers.
