Great Trevillian is a nicely furnished semi-detached farmhouse situated 6 miles from Boscastle fishing village, North Cornwall. A large character farmhouse 5 miles to Crackington Haven beach & 7 miles to Widemouth Bay beaches. A  traditional character farm setting with good sized enclosed lawn; also other garden area. Beautiful country  views from all bedrooms. The farmhouse is situated in  rural countryside  on a side lane, on a 210 acre farm (sheep, lambs - in season  & cattle) - plenty of fields & areas for children to  roam. Ideal for  holidaymakers who want the peace and quiet of the countryside but yet be in easy reach of beaches & the scenic coastline. A picturesque  walk is to take the lane leading from the farmhouse (impassable to cars) down to the ford & tiny stream. River walks, wooded areas and a secluded & good size farm lake approx 100 yards long (coarse fish-restocked 2004) fed by the stream.The lake isnt open to the public, makes a nice setting for picnics. Wainhouse Corner 2 miles away has a coaching Inn. Farmers son lives next door.  Impressive & enclosed new (2005) farm play area with swings, climbing frame etc.

Plenty of off the road parking in driveway for 3 or more cars. Coal fire in lounge. ‘’Trevern Bungalow” is a higher  standard detached  bungalow  situated just outside St Merryn Village  3 miles from Padstow, Cornwall. Only 2  miles from superb beaches at Harlyn, with  many other good beaches  such as Trevone & Tregarne within 3 miles.This is probably the best stretch of beaches in Cornwall, with a magnificent coastline. Padstow is a delightful fishing village, now more widely known courtesy of the T.V. chef Rick Stein who has a fish restaurant in the village. Mackerel fishing trips available from Padstow & there is a ferry which will take you across the estuary to the beaches at Rock.The little village of St Merryn has good pubs, cafes & shops.The bungalow is on an  estate, one of the nicest bungalows, in a cul de sac position with a good size enclosed surrounding lawn.  Garden picnic bench in rear lawn.  A short stroll to a new building on the estate which houses a Chinese restaurant, an Indian restaurant, and a bar.   Parking on lane outside for several cars  (plenty of room).
Acommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 single  bed & T.V.  Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. Duvets. Roomy open plan living area with colour T.V. & DVD. Easy to keep warm as the bungalow is double glazed with wall fitted off peak electric convector heaters in bedrooms and lounge/diner. An impressive 1920's style semi-detached house  in Bude, North Cornwall, under 1 & a half miles to the classic sandy beaches and town shops.  The house is situated on the outskirts of Bude and is just a short stroll to pubs and restaurants.  Bude’s lovely  beaches are amongst the best in Cornwall.  Bude has varied holiday attractions, a favourite for surfers; free huge open air swimming pool on the main beach, golf course, leisure centre, boating & fishing on the Bude Canal and much more.  At low tide try the approx 2 miles walk along the beaches to Sandymouth &  Coombe Valley- or take the cliff top option.  Killarney Springs and Brocklands adventure parks for children (a lot undercover) are good value and under 5 miles away.  The house has a good size enclosed rear lawn.  At the front of the house, visible in photo, a parking bay has been made for 3 cars.
