‘The Lofthouse’ is a terraced
stone cottage in the popular fishing village of Mousehole under
2 miles from Penzance, West Cornwall. Lovely beaches at Penzance
under 4 miles and beach at Lamorna Cove approx 2 miles. The holiday
cottage is in the heart of the village just a few minutes stroll
from the harbour front and sea, eating places and village pubs. The
cottage has 2 off the road parking spaces about 400 yards away. Originally
probably a fisherman’s cottage, in recent years the cottage has had an
architect’s imaginative ‘make over’, furnished to a modern standard and
providing appealing and charming accommodation.
Mousehole is a traditional
and pretty working conish fishing village (mainly mackerel &
shellfish) , its harbour packed with small boats. Delightful coastal
walks, especially southwards to Lamorna and beyond.
Accommodation
comprises: Ground Floor: Roomy lounge/diner with a feature fireplace,
T.V. , video & DVD. French windows from dining area open onto a rear
enclosed patio (sun trap) with wooden table & seating.
Lower Ground Floor: Kitchen with
an electric oven & hob unit, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin & toilet. Bedroom
1 has 1 double bed. Door from kitchen leads onto the small attractive
rear patio garden with seat.
First Floor: Bedroom
1 has 2 double bed & en-suite toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 3
has 2 single beds. The cottage has steep stairs so no children
under 6 years old please. Central heating and open fire in lounge
area (fuel supplied). No pets.

Fuchsia cottage is a nicely furnished
& detached secluded spacious country bungalow just outside the quiet
fishing village of Porthallow, 4 miles above Coverack in the Lizard peninsular
(just below the Helford Estuary) & approx 1 mile from St Keverne,West
Cornwall. Helston is 12 miles. The bungalow is set amidst beautiful countryside
and has country style furnishings.There are 6 steps up to front door.1/2
mile footpath leads from the bungalow to the old fishing village of Porthallow
(1 mile by road) with its pebble beach and The Five Pilchards pub (does
food). Also a footpath to St Keverne village. Coverack is 3 miles,has a
few shops, pub and a sandy beach.Gillan 1 3/4 miles also has a sandy
beach. A lovely area for walking,touring,boating and fishing.

Bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Large enclosed surrounding and
sheltered lawn with a view of the sea from one end and sea views
from adjoining field footpath. Heating by feature fireplace
in lounge (fuel from village), night storage heaters in lounge, hall &
kitchen, electric convector heaters in bedrooms - a double glazed bungalow
so easier to keep warm. Adjacent off the road parking for 3 cars. The bungalow
is reached by a short unmetalled lane , the lane to the cottage being suitable
for cars such as the Fiesta but not suitable for vehicles which are low
to the ground.e.g.low sports cars. Electric by reading meter. 2 well behaved
dogs welcome.

Bungalow’, a semi-detached dormer bungalow in the village of Fraddon, 8
miles from Newquay & Watergate Bay and 12 miles from St Austell, Cornwall.
An excellent central location for exploring Cornwall with easy access
to both coasts. A pleasant village setting just a few minutes stroll to
the Port & Starboard Restaurant (indoor and outdoor seating & also
does takeaway), a chinese restaurant & takeaway and under 1 mile
from the Blue Anchor pub (restaurant and beer garden) in the adjoining
village of Indian Queens. The bungalow is one of a number of individual
cottages/bungalows near the centre of the village. There is an attractive
enclosed front garden with shrubs and flowers and a lawn area
with garden seat. Also a well enclosed rear garden.
