‘Oak Cottage’ is situated on the outskirts of the small town of Camelford, North Cornwall.  Only 5 miles to the good sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand and under 6 miles to Boscastle  and Tintagel.  Just a 3 minutes stroll into the town’s shops and eating places.  The cottage was converted from a barn during 2007 and the owner’s have taken great care to provide higher standard and very comfortable accommodation, whilst there are character features such as exposed pine floors.  It is in the attractive grounds of the owner’s small bed and breakfast house and  Oak Cottage has it's own small pretty garden area with garden furniture.   Oak Cottage is ground floor acommodation,  there being a second cottage on the first floor above. Own outside entrance.  Camelford is a pleasant surprise to visitors with its interesting and varied shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed.  Double bed-settee in lounge area.  Open plan living area. Lounge area with colour T.V. & DVD.  Kitchen area with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge.  Shower room with shower, washbasin & toilet.  Free use of laundry room in owner's grounds, with washing machine & tumble dryer.  Central heating (thermostat controlled).  Parking space adjacent to cottage.  No pets.

‘Cosy Cottage’ is a lovely end-terraced old character cottage in the village of St Blazey Gate  2 miles from St Austell,Cornwall.  Only 2 miles to the excellent sandy  beach at Par Sands and 3 miles from the beach at Carlyon Bay. 4 miles to Charlestown harbour.The Eden Project is 1 and a half miles.  There are various shops (including  Post Office, Bakery) and a cafe in the village and a few minutes walk over to the Four Lords Pub (good food and a beer garden). Quarter of a mile  walk to St Austell's indoor market (thought to be largest in the country). Lots of tourist attractions in this  area from the Hanging Gardens of Heligan to activities for children such as Bens World indoor adventure. Cosy Cottage offers higher standard accoommodation and boasts  a large  enclosed rear garden.  The rear patio (garden furniture) overlooks the rear lawn.

Recommended.   ‘Brambles’ is a higher standard roomy detached house 7 miles from Boscastle  in the tiny village of Trelash, North Cornwall.  Crackington Haven beach is 6  miles.  Widemouth Bay beaches are 6  miles with the beach resort of Bude 8 miles.  The North Cornwall  coastline is famed for its stunning rugged coastline and is popular with walkers who enjoy the miles of Nat Trust coastal footpaths.  Wilsley Down country Inn at Hallworthy is about 1 miles away (good food & small beer garden).
‘Brambles’ is one of about 5 detached houses on a quieter country side lane in a  rural setting.
