‘Oak Cottage’ is situated on the outskirts
of the small town of Camelford, North Cornwall. Only 5 miles to the
good sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand and under 6 miles to Boscastle
and Tintagel. Just a 3 minutes stroll into the town’s shops and eating
places. The cottage was converted from a barn during 2007 and the
owner’s have taken great care to provide higher standard and very comfortable
accommodation, whilst there are character features such as exposed pine
floors. It is in the attractive grounds of the owner’s small bed
and breakfast house and Oak Cottage has it's own small pretty garden
area with garden furniture. Oak Cottage is ground floor acommodation,
there being a second cottage on the first floor above. Own outside entrance.
Camelford is a pleasant surprise to visitors with its interesting and varied
shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes.

cottage in the village of St Blazey Gate 2 miles from St Austell,Cornwall.
Only 2 miles to the excellent sandy beach at Par Sands and 3 miles
from the beach at Carlyon Bay. 4 miles to Charlestown harbour.The Eden
Project is 1 and a half miles. There are various shops (including
Post Office, Bakery) and a cafe in the village and a few minutes walk over
to the Four Lords Pub (good food and a beer garden). Quarter of a mile
walk to St Austell's indoor market (thought to be largest in the country).
Lots of tourist attractions in this area from the Hanging Gardens
of Heligan to activities for children such as Bens World indoor adventure.
The cottage offers higher standard accoommodation and boasts a large
enclosed rear garden. The rear patio (garden furniture) overlooks
the rear lawn.
