of golden sands at Hayle beach, 5 miles from St Ives, West Cornwall. An
excellent position near the top of a side lane, a few minutes stroll down
to shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Try the walk down to
the glorious beach, via footpath and road leading from holiday apartment.
St Ives is a great favourite, with its quaint shops, fishing boats
and lovely beaches; there is a regular bus into St Ives. The apartment
is ground floor (on bottom right of photo), one of 4 apartments in the
house, the house having originally been a grammar school.
There is a large enclosed front communal lawn. View of sea and beach
from the garden, and panoramic views over surrounding countryside and onto
St Ives.

A gorgeous cottage, ‘Neil’s Worden
Barn’ is a converted former grain barn situated on a picturesque
and quiet country lane 1 mile from Bradworthy and 9 miles from Bude, North
Cornwall. Sandymouth excellent beach 6 miles. Under 2 miles to the
fabulous Tamar Lakes Water Park with canoeing, windsurfing
sailing & coarse fishing. Local family theme parks near Kilkhampton
(Killarney Springs and Brocklands). Further afield in North Devon are ‘The
Milky way’, ’The Big Sheep’ and the famous fishing village of Clovelly.
The barn has been converted during early 2002 to provide higher standard
and very inviting accommodation, retaining the character of the original
building.It is situated on a small- holding with cattle, sheep and horses.
Holidaymakers are welcome to walk & picnic in the fields. Bradworthy
village has a pub and shops.
