EXMOUTH  6                    SLEEPS  2 to 9          ELECTRIC & GAS INCLUSIVE
A nicely furnished self catering terraced holiday cottage in Exmouth, East Devon. Exeter is 7 miles and Sidmouth 8 miles. Under 5 minutes walk to  the lovely  beach (two miles of golden sand with rock pools) and  promenade. A similar stroll into the town shops.  Exmouth is a genteel resort town set amidst beautiful countryside, at the mouth of the Exe estuary.  There is a  sailing boat marina, harbour (boat and ski hire, sea and river trips, fishing trips), and The  Promenade stretches the whole 2 miles of beach. The Promenade features  old favourites such as swingboats and crazy golf and entertainment such as The Pavillion (lives shows, entertainment), Fun Land and miniature railway, etc. Enjoy the excellent cliff walks, Plantation Walk (a lovely shaded walk amidst trees and shrubs) and the Strand Gardens. Exmouth boasts a wide range of interesting and varied  shops. The cottage has an enclosed small lawn area.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds & 1 double bed-settee.  Bedroom 2 has 1  double bed.  Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed and 1 put-you-up bed. Bedroom 4 (small) has 1 double bed. Duvets.  Kitchen with gas cooker, 2 fidges and washing machine. Lounge (seating for 6) with colour T.V. Dining room (seating for 6) . Bathroom with bath, washbasin & toilet. Gas central heating.  New rear conservatory  with seating for 3. Parking on road outside house, no restrictions, usually plenty of room.  Other on road parking nearby.1 small dog welcome (the two end parts of the beach allow dogs and Harbour View Cafe on the sea front are happy for you to bring your dog) .

A semi-detached 1920’s house in the quiet & charming village of St Teath, 4 miles from Port Isaac & 8 miles from Boscastle, North Cornwall.  4 miles to Trebarwith Strand good sandy beach.  Polzeath beach 8 miles.  Bodmin Moor 3 miles.  A 4 minutes stroll to The White Hart pub (a child friendly pub with good food).  A roomy house on a quiet side lane.  There is a large enclosed rear lawn (an excellent  sun trap) with swing.

‘Hayle View Cottage’, a higher standard end-terraced cottage  approx 1 mile to the beaches at Hayle and 5 miles to the popular fishing village and beaches of St Ives, West Cornwall. From the cottages grounds, kitchen and  bedrooms 1 & 2  there are stunning  views over  Hayle and  St Ives Bay with a panoramic view of the sea (can watch the waves breaking on the beach). Hayle offers 3 miles of golden sandy beaches  with many restaurants and pubs.  Hayle Estuary is a nature reserve and Hayle is the ideal location for walking the coastal footpath. With Penzance only 7  miles this is a good spot from which to explore West Cornwall. The cottage is set on the edge of the secluded wooded grounds of Tolroy Manor holiday village and the Manor House amenities are avaible (the cottage owner having paid the membership fees).  Hayle View Cottage has been  furnished with great attention to provide appealing and very comfortable accommodation.  There is a small front and side garden area  with table and chairs.

Tolroy Manor amenities:  Amenities are available for the  2  easter weeks and from May 21 to Nov 1. There is a licensed club with good entertainment, bar food and takeaway. The Foxy Club will keep the children amused.  Snooker, a games room with pool table and latest video games. Lovely indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, squash and tennis courts, shop and launderette. Chidrens outdoor play area with slide etc. 100 yards to the mini car park shared with adjoining cottages.  1 dog welcome.
