A pretty terraced cottage in beautiful countryside, 10 miles from Helston and 1 mile from St Keverne village and 3 miles from Coverack, West Cornwall.  Pleasant beaches within 3 miles.  ‘The Stables’ was converted from a stable during the 1970’s, is ground floor accommodation only, and is one of about 6  cottages in a courtyard setting, on a quiet country lane.  There is an enclosed front lawn with seating.  St Keverne has a couple of pubs (The Three Tuns and The White Hart -with outdoor garden seating and good food) and village shop. The beautiful Helford Estuary is only 3 miles.  Quaint fishing villages dot this stretch of coastline, Coverack being a favourite.
Accommodation comprises:  Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (full length, 2ft 6 ins width). Duvets. Open plan living area. Lounge/dining area with colour T.V. , Freeview & DVD.  Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.  Bathroom with bath,  washbasin and toilet.  Easy to keep warm with 1 night storage heater; and electric wall heaters in the bedrooms.  Own adjacent parking space for 1 car and other parking in courtyard/on lane.1 dog welcome.

’Bluebell Cottage’  is a higher standard semi-detached cottage in a  rural setting about 2 miles from St Dennis & Roche villages, approx 7 miles from St Austell & approx 8 miles from Newquay, North Cornwall. An excellent central area for exploring Cornwall.  Situated in Enniscaven hamlet, one of a small number of individual cottages on a quieter side lane  amidst lovely countryside. Goss Moor, an English Nature open moorland (rare butterflies,birds) , is about half a mile further down the lane  affording a pleasant walk from the cottage and onto the moor.  Pubs and shops in Roche & St Dennis.  The cottage was renovated during 2008 providing attractive, spacious and very comfortable accommodation and is ground floor only.
Access by its own short driveway, having a decent size enclosed side garden comprising a small lawn area, a surfaced area and patio doors opening onto the enclosed  patio  with garden furniture.
