’Bluebell Cottage’ is a higher standard
semi-detached cottage in a rural setting about 2 miles from St Dennis
& Roche villages, approx 7 miles from St Austell & approx 8 miles
from Newquay, North Cornwall. An excellent central area for exploring Cornwall.
Situated in Enniscaven hamlet, one of a small number of individual cottages
on a quieter side lane amidst lovely countryside. Goss Moor, an English
Nature open moorland (rare butterflies,birds) , is about half a mile further
down the lane affording a pleasant walk from the cottage and onto
the moor. Pubs and shops in Roche & St Dennis. The cottage
was renovated during 2008 providing attractive, spacious and very comfortable
accommodation and is ground floor only. Access by its own short driveway,
having a decent size enclosed side garden comprising a small lawn area,
a surfaced area and patio doors opening onto the enclosed patio
with garden furniture.

‘Pensipple Barn’, a recently completed

‘Lower Whitley Farm
Bungalow’, a detached dormer bungalow amidst lovely countryside on a smallholding
under 1 mile from Bodmin, mid Cornwall. A great central position
for exploring Cornwall with Padstow & Polzeath beaches on the north
coast under 12 miles and with beaches and St Austell on the opposite
coast approx 10 miles. Bodmin is a charming and historic small
town and has pubs, cafes and shops. The bungalow is only a couple of miles
from lovely walks on Bodmin Moor. Bodmin Moor is designated an area
of outstanding natural beauty and attracts both ramblers and naturalists
with its wild and rugged beauty. Crossed by only one major road the more
remote parts are only accessible by foot or horseback. The moors
are known for their ancient stone circles, natural rock formations
and having the highest hill in Cornwall (Brown Willy). The most well known
landmark on the Bodmin Moors is of course the Jamaica Inn, made famous
by Daphne Du Maurier. Horseriding. Walks and cycle rides along the Camel
Trail to Padstow. Colliford Lakes (10 miles away) provide good fishing.
Lower Whitley Bungalow
is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and a degree of privacy the
bungalow being towards the end of a farm lane. Holidaymakers can
stroll, play or run the dog in the adjacent large field
which is free from farm animals (you can even bring your own horse).

and chairs) overlooking the field. Panoramic views over the surrounding
countryside, the Moors and Bodmin.
