large high standard 1970’s detached house in Newquay, North Cornwall.
Exactly 5 minutes walk to Newquay’s world famous Fistral beach. Approx
10 minutes walk to Crantock beach, 5 minutes walk from the coastal footpath
with other attractive walks leading from the house. Newquay’s town
shops are a mere 10 minutes stroll away. The house is in the pentire area
of Newquay, in a quieter cul-de-sac position. A few minutes stroll
over to the Fistral Inn & a General Stores and there are 2
cafe/restaurants on Fistral beach. In the evenings experience seaside sunsets
from one of the two beachside restaurants, enjoying a glass of wine or
beer whilst taking in the stunning views over fistral beach and the dramatic
coastline. Newquay is cornwall’s number one family beach resort,
with large classic sandy beaches and entertainment for all of the fasmily;
a zoo, Waterworld and much more.
Accommodation
comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed & 1 single bed with en-suite
shower room (shower, washbasin & toilet). Bedroom 2 (small) has 1 double
bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Double bed-settee in lounge.
Duvets. Lounge with widescreen colour
T.V., DVD (with Freeview). Good size kitchen/diner with
a range cooker (gas hob, electric oven), microwave, washing machiner, dishwasher,
American style fridge/freezer with ice maker. The kitchen/diner has
a soft seating area for 5 and a colour T.V. ( with Freeview), DVD,CD
& Hi-fi. Seating at dining table for 6. Bathroom with bath, shower
unit, washbasin & toilet. Also a downstairs toilet &
washbasin. French windows in the kitchen/diner open onto the enclosed
rear garden (a sun trap). The rear garden has a patio with table
and chairs and charcoal barbecue. Behind the patio is the lawn and
behind the lawn a decked patio area with a mini summer house. Parking
on a hardstand at front for 1 car and parking in driveway for 2 cars.
1 dog welcome (to be kept downstairs only).

(open May 28 to Sept 24). An easy stroll to town shops, pubs & eating
places. Newquay is cornwall’s number one family beach resort, with large
classic sandy beaches and entertainment for all of the fasmily. The complex
has a sauna, a nice outdoor heated swimming pool; also a separate children’s
play pool.
