on Atlantic Reach Country Club & Vacations Estate, a 16 acres
wooded estate 6 miles from Newquay, Cornwall. Atlantic Reach is somewhat
upmarket and although the country club facilities are not available
to holidaymakers staying at this villa the pleasant setting and well placed
location make this a good place to stay. The villa is set on the
edge of the estate, in a quieter position. Front lawn area with garden
furniture.
Accommodation comprises:
Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Double
bed-settee in lounge area. Lounge area with colour
T.V., DVD. Kitchen/diner area with an electric cooker, microwave
& fridge. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin &
toilet. Heating by wall mounted electric convector heaters in bedrooms
and living area (double glazed so easier to keep warm). Parking in the
main estate car park or in the mini car park a few hundred yards away.
1 dog welcome.

the outskirts of Ponsonooth village, 6 miles from Truro & 5 miles
from Falmouth, West Cornwall. St Ives 16 miles. A great central position
for exploring the west of Cornwall with beaches at Falmouth 6 miles and
at Portreath on opposite coast 10 miles. Ponsonooth is a tiny traditional
cornish village and the village’s The Stag Hunt Inn (good food) & Village
Stores are about a 5 minutes stroll. Great for walkers with many footpaths;
also scenic walks on the nature reserve in village called Kemnal Vale.
The cottage is in a small terrace of old cottages on a side lane with lovely
views over the valley. Attractive enclosed rear garden with 2 spacious
patio areas with seating & barbecue surrounded by shrubs and plants.
