‘Beach View Apartment’ is a  higher standard first floor apartment in Porth,  under 2 miles from the town shops of Newquay, Cornwall. Porth is a quieter area, the apartment being just a  6 minutes stroll from superb Porth beach (a large classic sandy beach). This stretch of coastline, from Newquay to Padstow, has the best beaches in cornwall.There is an excellent view over Porth beach from the apartment’s lounge window (6ft long window). Down by the beach are Compass Rose Cafe & The Mermaid Inn (does food). A stroll from beach is Compass Rose Restaurant. Also a beach car park. Newquay is Cornwall’s premier beach resort with miles of classic sandy beaches, entertainment, water park, and many other tourist attractions.The apartment is in a residential area, the sole apartment in the house, with its own ground floor outside entrance & own staircase leading up to the apartment- so completely self contained. It is above a small  launderette (open 8.30 a.m. to 7 .30 p.m. daily).
