‘Bandira Cottage’ is a semi-detached cottage
style wing of a Victorian bungalow,situated just outside Trewarmett village,
approx.1 mile from Tintagel, North Cornwall.1 and a half miles to the small
beach at Tintagel (Bossiney Cove). Boscastle 4 miles.Trebarwith Strand
good beach 1 mile. Tintagel itself is a beauty spot, has a small cove,
with ‘King Arthur’s Castle’ overlooking the beach. Excellent valley, country
& wooded footpaths, walks.This Victorian bungalow is somewhat unusual
as it was built by a retired colonial somewhat in the style of the colonies,
in the late 19th century. The holiday wing is what was originally
the servants quarters.Trewarmett Inn Freehouse is half a mile away
and has a restaurant and does bar meals.

‘Wind Song’ is a detached bungalow in
Polzeath, North Cornwall, just a 2 minutes walk down to lovely Polzeath
beach. Polzeath is just across the estuary from Padstow, 2 miles to Rock,
5 miles to Port Isaac and 6 miles to Wadebridge. Polzeath is a small
village and has a large sandy beach with a number of pubs,
cafes and restaurants along the waterfront. The beachside 'On The Waterfront'
pub has extensive outdoor covered seating where one can eat whilst enjoying
the view over the adjacent beach. A stream runs into the beach, there are
rock pools and the beach is good for surfing. Cliff walks.
‘Wind Song’ is a chalet style bungalow,
one of a small number of similar bungalows in a cul-de-sac position
and enjoys lovely views over the cliffs, beach and sea (although during
the summer months the view is obstructed by caravans parked in the caravan
field in front of the bungalow. The caravan field is separated from the
bungalow by a lane and small fence so should not impinge to any great
extent on the enjoyment of ones holiday.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom
3 (tiny, no wardrobe) has 1 4ft width double bed. Duvets.
Lounge/diner with colour T.V., video & DVD. Small kitchen with
an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Freezer and washing machine
in living area. Shower room with shower unit, washbasin & toilet.
Also a bathroom with bath, washbasin & toilet. 2 night storage
heaters in the living area and also a night storage heater in bedroom
1. Electric panel heaters in other bedrooms. Front tiny garden area
with part enclosed patio with garden furniture. Access to bungalow
by short lane with sharp turn (should be no problem for usual family car
and driver but may not suit a people carrier). Adjacent dedicated
parking space for 2 cars. £1 electric meter. No pets.
