‘The Old Hayloft’ is an end-terraced 19th cent stone cottage   in Trevelgue,  just 5 minutes walk to the beach & about three quarters of a mile to the large sandy beach at Porth, North Cornwall. Watergate Bay (which has Jamie Oliver’s restaurant “Fifteen”) via footpath is approx half a mile. Newquay town  is under 2 miles.  This is a delightful cottage in a quieter country setting surrounded by farmland,  situated on perhaps the loveliest stretch of coastline and beaches in Cornwall. Great for walkers, surfers and beach lovers. Trevelgue Club, further down the road, has an outdoor pool, cabaret during the summer months-all at reasonable charge. There are a few pubs/eating places in Porth. ‘The Old Hayloft’ has cottage style furnishings and lots of character.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has 1 double bed. An upstairs loft fun bedroom with  snug sleeping area having 1 floor level double bed (suitable for a child 6 years or over). Open plan living area. The kitchen area has an electric cooker, microwave & washing machine. Lounge area has a colour T.V. with  DVD. Bathroom with bath & overhead shower. Heating by multi fuel woodburner in lounge area & an electric heater in bedroom 1. Large adjacent off the road parking space at rear. Pebbled area and decking area at rear for sitting in . 1 dog welcome.

A small end-terraced cottage in countryside near Trewarmett village, approx. 1 mile from Tintagel, North Cornwall. The cottage dates from the 19th cent and is ground floor only.  1 and a half miles to the small beach at Tintagel.  Trebarwith Strand excellent beach approx 1 mile.  A walk to Trewarmett's  Free House pub with bar meals & restaurant.Tintagel is a well known beauty spot, has a small cove with ‘King Arthur’s Castle’ overlooking the beach. The fishing village of Boscastle is 4 miles . Valley walks, country & wooded footpaths.The owner lives in adjoining house. Eelectric heaters in all rooms.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. En-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet. Lounge/diner with colour T.V., overlooking private patio with table & chairs & garden bench. A really fantastic holiday cottage. ‘Phoenix’ is a higher standard detached house only 3 minutes stroll to the large classic sandy beaches at the tiny coastal village of Widemouth Bay, 2 miles south of Bude, North Cornwall. A quieter country setting on a cul-de-sac side lane amidst a few other cottages. Lovely coastal walks. A short stroll to the Post Office/General stores & the superb country pub (Widemouth Bay Manor) which does food and allows children, with a separate children’s room. There is a good size front lawn as per photo and a large rear lawn.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed and a en-suite shower and toilet. Large upstairs lounge (sun trap) with digital TV, DVD, video and a large patio doors style window so one can enjoy the superb panoramic sea views. A front sun conservatory (sun trap). Some garden furniture. Kitchen/diner with electric hob unit, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. 2 downstairs toilets. Downstairs shower unit. Also a downstairs bathroom with bath and washbasin. Heating by coal fire in lounge (fuel from local shop) & central heating on a timer switch. Parking with 4 cars in driveway. No pets.
