is a luxury apartment in the village of Hayle, under 1 mile to the 3 miles
of golden sands at Hayle beach, 5 miles from St Ives, West Cornwall. This
is an appealing apartment, in an excellent position near the top of a side
lane, a few minutes stroll down to shops, cafes, restaurants and
pubs. Try the walk down to the glorious beach, via footpath and road
leading from holiday apartment. St Ives is a great favourite,
with its quaint shops, fishing boats and lovely beaches; there is a regular
bus into St Ives. The apartment is ground floor (on left of photo with
bow windows) with its own outside entrance, having been renovated
during 2005, one of 4 apartments in the house, the house having originally
been a grammar school. There is a large enclosed front
communal lawn, overlooked by the large bay windows from lounge/diner so
a plus for mums with young children. View of sea and beach
from the garden, and panoramic views over surrounding countryside and onto
St Ives.

‘Bell Veor Cottage’is a a charming
semi-detached cottage situated outside Lanner village, 2 miles from Redruth,
West Cornwall. An excellent central location with the beach at Portreath
7 miles, Falmouth 6 miles and St Ives 18 miles. A traditional cosy cottage,
with wood flooring and lots of character. A quiet country setting at the
end of a private driveway, a short stroll to country pub (does food) and
a shop. Easy reach of the superb beaches on all 3 coasts, the Eden Project,
golf courses, horse riding and many of the main attractions such as Flambards.
Windsurfing and sailing in the area. Local country walks are ideal for
the enquiring and energetic. Own private enclosed garden as in photo
with garden furniture. The cottage adjoins the owner’s home and holidaymakers
are welcome to use the owner’s unheated swimming pool which is just a few
yards from the holiday cottage-
a super indoor swimming pool ( 12ft
times 24 ft) with transparent roof and glass sides so usually warm inside
the building during sunny periods.
