An end-terraced holiday home on the edge of Honicombe Manor Holiday Village, 1 mile from Gunnislake, and only 4 miles from Callington, East Cornwall situated near the Cornwall/Devon border. Plymouth is 18 miles and Tavistock town 5 miles. The ever popular fishing village of Looe, East Cornwall with its good sandy beach is 15 miles. The holiday home is set amidst landscaped gardens and there are views over the surrounding countryside towards Dartmoor from the balcony. Honicombe Manor membership is inclusive, membership providing access to all the Manor's on-site facilities. Enjoy the free use of the indoor adult and adjacent toddler swimming pools, the sauna and jacuzzi. Access to the tennis courts, the Manor House sauna, the restaurant and bar area, evening entertainment (during the peak season). Also, and a star attraction, the holiday home owner has arranged free temporary membership to the prestiguous China Fleet Golf and Country Club in Saltash (golf, swimming pool etc) about 15 miles away near Plymouth. Gunnislake village and Tavistock have shops, cafes and restaurants. Lots of attractions in the area; Nat Trust Cotele House & Gardens, river trips to Plymouth & back from Calstock village, Morwhellam Quay restored mining village. Take a return trip to Plymouth on the scenic Tamar Valley Railway and explore Plymouth's historic waterfront Hoe area and other historical attractions. This is a good base for exploring East Cornwall but with easy access to the atlantic north coast.

A charming semi-detached cottage situated outside Lanner village, 2 miles from Redruth, West Cornwall. An excellent central location with the beach at Portreath 7 miles, Falmouth 6 miles and St Ives 18 miles. A traditional cosy cottage, with wood flooring and lots of character. A quiet country setting at the end of a private driveway, a short stroll to country pub (does food) and a shop. Easy reach of the superb beaches on all 3 coasts, the Eden Project, golf courses, horse riding and many of the main attractions such as Flambards. Windsurfing and sailing in the area. Local country walks are ideal for the enquiring and energetic. Own private enclosed garden as in photo with garden furniture. The cottage adjoins the owner’s home and holidaymakers are welcome to use the owner’s unheated swimming pool which is just a few yards from the holiday cottage-
a super indoor swimming pool ( 12ft times 24 ft) with transparent roof and glass sides so usually warm inside the building during sunny periods.
