The Swallows is a nicely furnished
single storey detached cottage situated in the hamlet of Enniscaven, 2
miles from the villages of Roche & St Dennis, approx 7 miles from St
Austell & approx 8 miles from the beach resort of Newquay ,Cornwall.
The Swallows is mid way between the fabulous North Coast beaches &
south coast harbours & coves. Easy reach of the Eden Project
(near St Austell). Many other tourist attractions in the area. The
cottage is well equipped and has exposed beams, providing very comfortable
accommodation. There is an enclosed rear lawn, ideal for children
or pets, with a barbecue patio, small decked area with garden furniture.
The sheltered lawn and small walled garden are ideal for sunbathing.
The cottage is situated in its own grounds, to the rear of the owner’s
bungalow. Use of the adjacent quarter acre field, ideal for exercising
dogs. Within 100 yards is the Goss Moor (moorland managed by Natural England)
and a 7 mile circular cycle track. The moor is also suitable for peaceful
country walks where wildlife, birds and rare butterflies can be spotted.
Roche & St Dennis have pubs, village shops and fish & chip shops
- Roche has a Co-op supermarket and a Chinese takeaway. Enniscaven
is in a central position for touring cornwall.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and colour T.V. No suitable room
for a cot. The Galley kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave,
fridge & dishwasher. Dining room with beams, comfortable seating
& radio CD player provides separate relaxation area. Lounge
with colour T.V. & video. A sun lounge, via patio doors, lead
off from bedroom 1. Shower room with toilet and washbasin. Utility room
with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Heating by electric heaters
(adequately provided for colder part of year). Off road parking for
2 cars. £1 electric meter. 2 small dogs welcome.

fishing village and fresh crabs & lobsters are available for purchase.
Seaton village adjoins Downderry and has a good family beach and beach

table & chairs and padded sun relaxers) with fantastic sea and coastal
views over the bay from the balcony and bedroom. Also sea views from lounge
and garden. Sit and enjoy the views. Ideal for coastal & country

‘Beech Cottage’ is situated on
the outskirts of the small town of Camelford, North Cornwall. Only
5 miles to the good sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand and under 6 miles
to Boscastle and Tintagel. Just a 3 minutes stroll into
the town’s shops and eating places. The cottage was converted from
a barn during 2007 and the owner’s have taken great care in providing higher
standard and very comfortable accommodation, whist retaining character
features such as exposed beams . It is in the attractive grounds
of the owner’s small bed and breakfast house and Beech Cottage has
its own small pretty garden area (garden furniture). Beech
cottage is first flloor accommodation, there being a second cottage on
the ground floor below. Own outside entrance, access being
by a small number of external steps. Camelford is a pleasant surprise
to visitors with its interesting and varied shops, pubs, restaurants
and cafes.
