 Hollamoor Cottage, a  luxury semi-detached old country cottage set amidst  beautiful Coombe Valley  5 and a half miles from Bude town  and beaches and 1 & a half  miles from  Kilkhampton village, North Cornwall. Sandymouth beach is 4 and a half miles. Hollamoor cottage has many original features such as slate floors in the kitchen/diner, large feature fireplace in the lounge and window seats. A quiet picturesque setting, one of only 3 cottages surrounded by fields  and woods & half a mile from the nearest neighbours. Ideal for children or pets as access is by a half a mile long private concrete driveway, so away from road traffic. There are copses & fields for children to play on, the cottage being on a 250 acre beef ,sheep and cereal farm although away from any farm buildings. Footpaths lead from the cottage through woods and fields down to Duckpool large sandy beach and beauty spot (about a 50 minutes walk). Kilkhampton village has pubs, restaurant and  shops.   7 miles to Tamar Lakes with fishing and water sports (hire facilities). Bude beach resort has  miles of classic sandy beaches, excellent for surfing,  and there are lovely coastal walks.  Fully enclosed rear & front lawns.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double & 1 single bed, shower unit & wash basin. Bedroom 2  has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3  has bunk beds . The Homecroft, a delightful 19th cent semi-detached stone  cottage in the ancient village of Stratton, next to Bude, North Cornwall. Under 2 miles to the excellent beaches. Stratton is a pretty and rather quiet village, the cottage being on a quieter side road. A few minutes stroll to the village shop and the superb well known Tree Inn with its courtyard, bars & restaurant. The cottage is spacious and has been refurbished over the last few years; with a cosy and inviting cottage style interior.
Accommodation comprises:Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2  has 3  single beds, one of the beds being in an area that can be screened off for privacy. Kitchen/diner with electric oven, hob unit & micro- wave. Washing machine. Lounge with colour T.V . Bathroom with bath. Woodburner in the lounge (fuel avail locally). Central heating. Parking space for 2 cars in the communal driveway with next door; also parking on the road outside.There is a small enclosed front lawn. Also a side patio garden with garden furniture. Local attractions include Pixieland for younger children, the amenities of Bude beach resort and the Tamar Lakes for water sports. Walkers will enjoy the miles of classic sandy beaches, breakwater & cliff walks; with attractive country footpaths and lanes leading from the village. No pets.

‘The Cottage’ is situated in Bude, North Cornwalll.Higher standard,ground floor accommodation.  Under 7  minutes  walk  to superb Crooklets beach & a similar stroll into Bude town shops, beachside pubs and restaurants. The house is in a quieter position near the golf course (day tickets).  Bude’s  large classic sandy beaches are amongst the best in Cornwall (see our information sheet on Bude on page 27). Bude is a beach resort with varied holiday attractions, a favourite for surfers; free huge open air swimming pool on beach , golf course, leisure centre, boating & fishing on Bude canal and much more. At low tide try the approx 2 miles walk to Sandymouth beach along the various beaches- or choose the cliff top option. Killarney Springs and Brocklands adventure parks for children (a lot under cover) are good value and under 5 miles away.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Futon double bed in lounge/diner. Kitchen with hob unit, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freeze, washing machine. Lounge/diner with colour T.V.Bathroom with bath, overhead power shower & toilet. There is a good size and well enclosed front garden comprising a small lawn & patio areas (garden furniture) . Plenty of parking on lane outside (no restrictions, usually plenty of room) and also own off the road parking space at rear.1 small dog welcome (summerleaze beach  allows dogs;the cliff walks and other beaches along this stretch of coastline also being suitable for pets).
