c.1960s detached bungalow situated on Trefronick Farm 1 mile from St Allen
village & 5 miles from Truro, West Cornwall. Set away from other houses
near the top of a farm lane, in a quieter and pretty rural setting
amidst fields.
Lovely Perranporth beach 7 miles. Newquay
8 miles & Falmouth approx15 miles. Lots of attractions in the area:
National Trust properties,Truro Cathedral, Zoo & Water Fun Park at
Newquay and much more.

bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 4 has 1 single bed.
Kitchen/diner with electric double oven, microwave, hob unit, fridge. Freezer.

Separate shower room. Free use of laundry room on farm (washing machine
& tumble dryer). Large glass conservatory overlooking the lawn with
seating to enjoy the sun. Enclosed surrounding garden with lawn. Adjacent
off the road parking in driveway for 3 cars. Oil fired central heating
available if required, at £30 per week, payable to owner upon arrival.

‘The Cottage’ is situated on
Yeomadon Farm near Pyworthy village, 3 miles from Holsworthy market town
and 8 miles from Bude beaches and the North Cornwall coast. This traditional
beef farm is on the beautiful Cornwall/Devon border. The cottage
has its own large private garden and patio area with adjacent parking for
2 cars. There are nice views from the cottage and garden over the
surrounding countryside. It has a traditional feel with wooden beams
and stone walls but with modern facilities. Visitors are welcome to enjoy
picturesque walks around the farm’s fields, lakes and woodland. A
short stroll to free fishing on the farm’s 4
lakes with carp up to 20 lbs and tench,
roach, bream and crucian carp. Visitors also have free use of the
farm grass tennis court. Plenty of things to do and see in the area
as well as the local beaches, including the Eden Project (just over 1 hours
drive away), Dartmoor and the coastal footpath for walking; National Trust
properties and gardens; Roadford Reservoir for water sports and walks;
Clovelly; Dartington Crystal where you can watch the glassware being made.
Holsworthy has a leisure centre with indoor pool, shops and pubs and a
large park.

Sept 25 to 24 April & at £5 per week if required, for other weeks-payable
upon arrival) and electric panel heaters. £1 electric meter. 2 dogs
welcome (please do not leave dogs unattended in the cottage).

‘East Cottage’ is a detached
old world victorian character cottage in tiny Tremar
village under 13 miles from Looe, East Cornwall.
Under 3 miles to Liskeard and under 20 miles to Plymouth. Tremar
is a traditional and charming village, East Cottage being
tucked away on a quieter side lane. A picturesque stone cottage retaining
some original features such as exposed beams. There is an enclosed
garden with flowers, shrubs and a lawn area and also a patio area (garden
furniture). 2 pubs and a shop within 1 mile. Liskeard town
has lots of shops, pubs and a leisure centre with an indoor swimming
pool. Siblyback Lake, great for walking and picnics, is under 4 miles,
has a water sports centre (with hire facilities) and trout fishing. Lots
of National Trust properties in the area and great for walkers. Looe, a
traditional old cornish fishing village and beach resort has always
been a great favourite, with a myriad of gift and other shops, eating places
and a pictureque harbour. The great attraction of Looe is that one
can walk straight from the shops and cafes onto the adjacent sandy beach.

unit, toilet and hand washbasin. Adjacent on the lane parking , no restrictions,
