Lovely Perranporth beach 7 miles. Newquay 8 miles & Falmouth approx15 miles. Lots of attractions in the area: National Trust properties,Truro Cathedral, Zoo & Water Fun Park at Newquay and much more.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 single bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 4 has 1 single bed. Duvets. Kitchen/diner with electric double oven, microwave, hob unit, fridge. Freezer. Washing machine. Lounge with colour T.V. Dining room. Bathroom with bath. Separate shower room. Free use of laundry room on farm (washing machine & tumble dryer). Large glass conservatory overlooking the lawn with seating to enjoy the sun. Enclosed surrounding garden with lawn. Adjacent off the road parking in driveway for 3 cars.  Oil fired central heating available if required, at £30 per week, payable to owner upon arrival. 2 electric convector heaters. No pets.

‘The Cottage’ is situated on Yeomadon Farm near Pyworthy village, 3 miles from Holsworthy market town and 8 miles from Bude and the North Cornwall beaches. A traditional 130 acres dairy farm on the beautiful Cornwall/Devon border. Visitors are welcome to watch milking and farm activities and enjoy picturesque walks around the fields, lakes and woodland. A short  stroll to FREE fishing on the farm’s 4 lakes  with carp up to 20 lbs.  Free use of the farm’s grass tennis court. The cottage has its own large private garden and parking close to the main farmhouse. It has a traditional feel with wooden beams and stone walls  but with all the modern facilities. There are nice views from the cottage and garden of the surrounding countrside. Plenty of things to do and see in the area as well as the local beaches including the Eden Project (just over 1 hour drive away); Dartmoor and the coastal path for walking; National Trust properties and gardens; Roadford Rervoir for water sports and walks; Clovelly and Dartington Crystal where you can watch glassware being made.
Accommodation comprises:  Small staircase opens onto Bedroom 1 with bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed and is accessed via Bedroom 1. Child safety gate at top of stairs.Duvets. Downstairs bathroom with overhead shower. Lounge with colour T.V., DVD Player and  Radio/CD player.  Well fitted kitchen/diner with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, & fridge. Washing machine. Own large private garden. Front patio with garden furniture.  Adjacent parking area. Heating by electric panel heaters and 1 large night storage heater is inclusive for 1 Oct to 30 April (other weeks available at £5 per week, payable upon arrival).  £1 electric meter. 2 dogs welcome (please do not leave dogs unattended in the cottage).
