Ideal for those who enjoy a beach holiday. Quarter of a mile to ‘Splash’ indoor heated swimming pool with wave machine.

‘Higher Kellacott Cottage’ is a semi-detached country cottage in the hamlet of  Broadwoodwidger, 3 miles from Lifton and 6 miles from Launceston,  North Cornwall. Part of the cottage probably dates from the early 19th century and is one of 2 cottages away from others on a quiet country side lane, with access via a short driveway. Set in beautiful countryside,  with  good views over Dartmoor & the surrounding cornish hills.  Bude town and beaches are 24 miles.  The ancient market town of Launceston, with its castle, shops, pubs and restaurants  is approx 4 miles. 1 and a half miles to Roadford Reservoir (largest in westcountry - dinghy hire, boating, canoeing, trout fishing, nature walks - facilities open from 1 May to Sept 30).
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1  has 1 double bed & 1 single bed. Duvets. Lounge/diner with colour T.V.  Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge. Bathroom with bath. ‘Dolphin House’ is a nicely furnished & large end-terraced house in the beach resort of Bude, North Cornwall. Under 7  minutes  level stroll to superb Crooklets beach. A similar walk into Bude town shops, beachside pubs and restaurants.The house is in a quieter residential position overlooking the golf course (day tickets). Bude’s  large classic sandy beaches are amongst the best in Cornwall.  Bude has varied holiday attractions, a favourite for surfers; free huge open air swimming pool on the beach, golf course, leisure centre, boating & fishing on Bude canal and much more. At low tide try the approx 2 miles walk along the beaches to Sandymouth & the Coombe Valley- or choose the cliff top option. Killarney Springs and Brocklands adventure parks for children (a lot under cover) are good value and under 5 miles away. The house has an  enclosed small lawn at front & side.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 (no wardrobe) has bunk beds Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3  has 1 double bed. Bedroom 4  has 2 single beds. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds. Duvets. kitchen/diner with dining for 2, electric cooker, hob unit, microwave, fridge, washing machine & spin dryer.  Lounge/diner  with colour T.V. Soft seating for 6 in  lounge area. Bathroom with large bath, overhead power shower& washbasin. Separate upstairs toilet. Parking on lane outside house (usually plenty of room, no restrictions) .No pets.
