situated on Well Farm, on the North Cornwall/North Devon border. 11 miles
to Bude. Widemouth Bay beaches 9 miles. Holsworthy market town 4
miles. Holsworthy has a pannier market every wednesday, shops, cafes
& pubs, a huge park with swings etc, a lesure centre with indoor pool,
and golf course. Easy reach of Dartmoor & Bodmin Moor-travelling distance
from the Eden Project. Reduced green fees on selected nearby golf courses
(via cottage owner). A character farmhouse with beamed ceiling etc.
A really beautiful setting in a rural location, on a cattle &
sheep farm. Woods, fields & other areas for walks & for children
to explore. Own driveway , so set away from road traffic.The trout stream
is a short stroll away through the fields (can fish by worm, spinner or
fly). Old bridge with lovely river walks, ideal for riverside picnics/recreation.
Own large enclosed front lawn as in photo. Garden furniture and BBQ. Children's
farm play area with climbing frame etc as shown in photo.

washing machine. Stairgate at top of staircase. £1 electric meter.
Log fire in lounge (logs inclusive). Wall mounted elec convector heaters
in all rooms. Off the road parking for 4 cars. 1 dog welcome (or 2 small
dogs).

Great for walkers, with a glimpse of the
sea from the bungalow. ‘Demelzas Bungalow’ is situated in a peaceful country
setting with lovely views, just outside St Agnes, West Cornwall. A small
bungalow, converted from a farm building about 30 years ago, being one
of two houses surrounded by miles of heathland/fields in a location much
loved by ramblers. Panoramic views from bungalow and gardens over countryside
and St Ives Bay, spectacular in the evening when St Ives is lit up. Footpath
walks up to The Beacons (cliff top location with exceptional views). Excellent
Chapel Porth large sandy beach (over 1 mile long) is 1 mile away and has
a takeaway cafe in summer; accessible by both road and via footpaths. The
beach has deep caves & rock pools, excellent for surfing. Other walks
from the beach along this stunning stretch of the coastal footpath. Porthtowan
beach 3 miles. Perranporth beach is 4 and a half miles & has boat hire.
Newquay 12 miles.
St Agnes village is half a mile &
has shops, eating places & a pub. The holiday bungalow is adjacent
to the owners house, with communal entrance driveway. Own adjacent off
the road parking space. Own small adjacent lawn area with table and
chairs. Holidaymakers are welcome to walk or sit in the owner’s adjoining
large gardens (seating).
Accommodation comprises:
Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed (4ft width). Bedroom 2 has 1 single bed.
A walk in shower room with shower unit & washbasin. Separate toilet.
Lounge/diner with T.V. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave &
fridge. Wall heaters. £1 electric meter. No babies or children
under 14 years please. No pets.

‘Little Walnut Cottage’ is situated in
the quaint and ancient village of Stratton,next to Bude, North Cornwall.
Just 2 miles from excellent Bude beaches. Bude has a golf course,
coarse fishing (£3 per day) and boating on the canal, with miles
of beach and coastal walks. Little Walnut Cottage is a semi-detached
bungalow, adjoining the owner’s bungalow, in a quieter & pleasing
setting at the end of a short private lane. A 5 minutes picturesque stroll
through woods & along a stream to Stratton’s old traditional village
Inn (the Tree Inn) with its courtyard, bars & restaurant.The bungalow
was refurbished by the owner’s during 2002 with great care to provide
higher standard and pleasing accommodation. It has its own
private enclosed rear lawn (delightful garden, very tranquil) , as shown
in photo, with access from lounge/ diner. Garden furniture. Also
a rear patio with seating.
Accommodation comprises:
Bedroom 1 has 1 King size Victorian Brass double bed. Double futon bed
(for 1 person only please) in lounge/diner. But remember this property
is for maximum of 2 people in total. Kitchen with electric
cooker, microwave, washing machine & fridge. Lounge/diner with colour
T.V. & DVD. Bathroom with bath & overhead shower. Heating by night
storage heaters and an electric wood burner effect fire. Electric by key
meter (first £10 electric free). Own adjacent parking space at end
of shared driveway. No pets.
