Recommended.  Lovely country setting. ‘Country Lodge’ is a high standard semi-detached cottage  3 miles from the excellent beaches at Bude, North Cornwall. 1 mile into Stratton village which has a shop & 3 pubs (the Old Tree Inn is recommended & has bars and a restaurant). Sea views. Bude beach resort is renowned for its huge classic sandy beaches but also provides the amenities of  a beach resort: canal boating, riding , surfing, bowls, tennis, ten pin bowling, huge free open air swimming pool, & ‘Splash’ indoor pool. In the area : 2  children’s adventure parks (a few miles away, lots being under cover), Tamar Otter Park, sailing,canoeing , trout & coarse fishing on the Tamar Lakes. ‘Country Lodge’ is set amidst beautiful countryside  with access by farm driveway  (as visible in photo), on a working family farm. The cottage has been recently renovated (during 2005) and provides  exceedingly  comfortable and attractive accommodation   whilst retaining the character of the original building. Enclosed private rear garden.  Also use of the adjoining farm garden with its fully marked tennis court.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed & en-suite shower room with shower unit, washbasin & toilet. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds. Downstairs bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin & toilet. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge & washing machine. Lounge/diner with colour T.V.  Oil filled electric heaters throughout.  Adjacent off the road parking space for 2 cars.  No pets.

‘Parkside’ is a nicely furnished detached 1930’s bungalow in the small family beach resort of Perranporth, Cornwall. Exactly 6  minutes walk to the excellent beach. A wide flat beach backed by high sand dunes.2 miles of golden sands.The town shops and restaurants border the beach. A 5 minute walk to local Inns. 5 miles to St Agnes. 6 miles to Newquay. The bungalow is 1 of 5 in a quieter cul-de-sac lane, overlooking the large park (tennis courts, grass areas, childrens swings).
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2  has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Lounge/diner with colour T.V. & video. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge. Bathroom with bath & shower unit. Separate toilet. Coal fire in lounge (Oct. to April - fuel at cost). Electric heating & coal fire in lounge. Thermastat controlled electric wall heater in bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 has 1 electric heater. Good size front lawn. Small surfaced rear area with seating. Driveway parking space for 2 cars.£1 electric meter. No pets.
