‘Little Twelvewoods Cottage’, an attractive
& spacious semi-detached 17th century stone cottage
just outside Dobwalls village, about 2 miles from Liskeard and 9
miles from Looe, East Cornwall. Plymouth approx 15 miles. A country setting,
one of 2 cottages at the end of a short shared driveway. The cottage was
renovated during 2009, providing very comfortable and appealing accommodation.
There is a three quarters of a mile long footpath to The Highwayman pub
(good food) and Spar shop in Dobwalls village. The cottage has an enclosed
rear and side garden with table and chairs.
Accommodation comprises:
Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Deluxe single
bed which can go in one of the bedrooms or in lounge. Lounge with
feature fireplace & T.V. Dining room. Kitchen with an electric cooker,
microwave, fridge, chest freezer and washing machine. Bathroom with bath,
overhead shower, washbasin & toilet. Heating by a feature woodburner
in lounge (logs available from owner at reasonable cost). Also economy
7 night storage heaters in all rooms (available if required, by reading
meter). £1 electric meter (first £10 free). Own adjacent parking
for 2 cars. No pets.

The Stables is situated on Yeomadon Farm
near Pyworthy village, 3 miles from Holsworthy market town and 8 miles
from Bude and the North Cornwall coast. This traditional beef farm is on
the beautiful Cornwall/Devon border. The Stables is a detached split-level
property with a large conservatory in addition to a spacious living area
and its own private garden and parking. The property retains its original
charcter with old beams and stonework. Visitors are welcome to enjoy
picturesque walks around the farm’s fields, lakes and woodland. A
short stroll to free fishing on the farm’s 4 lakes with carp up to 20 lbs
and tench, roach, bream and crucian carp Visitors also have free use of
the farm’s grass tennis court. Plenty of things to do and see in the area
as well as the local beaches including the Eden Project (just over 1 hours
drive away); Dartmoor and the coastal footpaths for walking; National Trust
properties and gardens; Roadford Reservoir for water sports and walks;
Clovelly and Dartington Crystal where you can watch the glassware
being made. Holsworthy has a leisure centre with indoor pool, shops &
pubs and a large park.

Downstairs: Bedroom 1 has 1 King size double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single
beds. Also 1 understairs single bed not in a bedroom. Bathroom
has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs entrance
into conservatory with washing machine and tumble dryer. Up steps to kitchen/diner
with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Lounge with T.V. (freeview),
DVD player and radio/CD player. Large private lawn with garden furniture.
Heating by electric panel heaters and two large storage heaters (inclusive
and available from Sept 26 to April 25 - £5 per week if required
for other weeks). Off road adjacent parking for 3 cars. Electric by £1
coin meter. 2 dogs welcome (please do not leave dogs unattended in the
cottage).

West Cornwall. A picturesque country setting on an arable farm, near to
the owner’s farmhouse.Converted from what was originally the Carriage
House for Trefronick Manor (now the farmhouse) & having
some character features (exposed beams etc). The cottage is situated
adjacent to what was the farmyard, access being by a short farm driveway,
so in a quieter position. An excellent central location with superb Perranporth
beach 7 miles. Newquay 8 miles & Falmouth approx 15 miles. Lots of
attractions in the area: National Trust properties, Truro Cathedral, Zoo
& Water Fun Park at Newquay and much more.

Upstairs: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
Lounge/dining area with small dining table for 4 , colour T.V.
