‘Jubilee Cottage’ is a  luxury and roomy L-shaped semi-detached cottage  under 2 miles from Tideford village, 6 miles from Saltash and 11 miles to the fishing village & beach at Looe, East cornwall. Whitsand Bay huge sandy beaches 9 miles & Plymouth 9 miles. Tideford has the Rod & Line pub (bar food) and a village shop.The cottage was converted from a stone barn during 2002, with care to retain the original character of the  building, providing very comfortable accommodation. It is situated in a courtyard setting in what was once a farmyard, amongst the other recently converted cottages. Jubilee Cottage is in a beautiful & secluded countryside setting, away from main road traffic at the bottom of a private road. Holidaymakers are welcome to stroll on the cottage owner’s surrounding 52 acres of woods and fields (as appropriate, subject to cropping /livestock in fields).There is a surfaced courtyard/ garden area  part visible in photo. Ground floor accommodation only.
Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (can zip together to make 1 double bed). Duvets. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge /freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer. Large lounge/diner with colour T.V. & video. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower  & toilet. Own  adjacent parking space at side of cottage. No pets.

The Stables is situated on Yeomadon Farm near Pyworthy village 3 miles from Holsworthy market town and 8 miles from Bude and the North Cornwall coast. The farm is a traditional 130 acres dairy farm on the beautiful Cornwall/Devon border. The Stables is a detached split-level property with a large conservatory in addition to a spacious living area and its own private garden  and parking. The property retains its original character with old beams and stonework and is ideally situated to watch farm activities. Visitors are also welcome to watch the milking. Enjoy picturesque walks around the farm’s fields, lakes and woodland. A short stroll to free fishing on the farm’s 4lakes  with carp up to 20 lbs. Visitors also have free use of the farm grass tennis court. Plenty of things to do and see in the area as well as the local beaches including the Eden Project (just over 1 hours drive away); Dartmoor and the coastal path for walking; National Trust properties and gardens; Roadford Reservoir for water sports and walks; Clovelly and Dartington Crystal where you can watch glassware being made.

A comfortably furnished and roomy detached cottage on Trefronick Farm 1 mile from St Allen village & 5 miles from Truro,West Cornwall. A picturesque country setting on an arable farm, near to the owner’s farmhouse.Converted from what was originally the  Carriage House  for Trefronick Manor (now the farmhouse) in the early 1980’s  & having some character features (exposed beams etc). The cottage is  situated in a traditional farmyard style setting, access being by a short farm driveway, so in a quieter position. An excellent central location with superb Perranporth beach 7 miles. Newquay 8 miles & Falmouth approx 15 miles. Lots of attractions in the area: National Trust properties, Truro Cathedral, Zoo & Water Fun Park at Newquay and much more.
Accommodation comprises: Upstairs: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Duvets.  Lounge/dining area  with small dining table for 4 , colour T.V. and kitchen area with microwave. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin & toilet. Internal staircase and also external staircase to the upstairs part.
