‘Chenalls’ is a high standard detached
character cottage near Helston, South Cornwall. The cottage is centrally
situated for the south-west coastline & 5 and a half miles from the
excellent beach at Porthleven. Chenalls is set away from other houses,
in its own grounds, and has a large private enclosed rear lawn. Falmouth
10 miles. Helston market town, famous for its floral dance on 8 May every
year, is 3 miles away. Poldark Mine is within a 5 minutes walk, providing
underground mine tours & other activities. 4 miles to Flambards Village
theme park which offers daytime & evening entertainment, Paradise Gardens
(Victorian walled gardens) & many other superb gardens in this part
of Cornwall.

Nobby’s Cottage is a roomy & high
standard (4 star tourist board rating) semi-detached cottage half
a mile from St Stephen village & 4 miles from St Austell,Cornwall.
12 miles from Newquay & 6 miles from Mevagissey. Excellent beaches
at Carlyon Bay are 6 miles & at Pentewan Sands 7 miles.
Only 6 miles from the world famous Eden Project and 6 miles from The Lost
Gardens of Heligan. The cottage was converted from a barn during
1999 providing attractive accommodation whilst retaining character
features such as exposed beams. A peaceful and idyllic country setting,
the cottage being at the end of a short lane on a small sheep farm. Holidaymakers
are welcome to stroll on the owner’s 30 acres of pasture land.
1 field away is the farm’s spring fed natural lake which makes a really
pretty setting for picnics and where one can fish for perch & other
coarse fish (fishing is inclusive).
