Picturesque ‘Coach House Cottage’  is a semi-detached cottage in an idyllic location in the heart of the cornish countryside  near  the Cornwall/Devon border 3 miles from Launceston, North Cornwall.  1o miles  from Tavistock and 20 miles to Plymouth. Launceston & Tavistock are both thriving towns with shops, cafes and restaurants (Launceston Castle is worth a visit). A central base for touring and both coastlines.  The cottage was converted from a coach house, is ground floor only and  in an attractive setting  opposite the owner’s farmhouse on a smallholding. Views over the Tamar Valley. Access is by a short surfaced farm lane.
‘Coach House Cottage’  retains much of its original character. There is a front patio (with garden furniture) and a  private enclosed lawn at the rear reached by walking around the side of the cottage.  Use of large paddock to play in, kick football.

Pretty ‘Stable Cottage’  is a detached cottage situated in a  peaceful & picturesque wooded  rural setting in the hamlet of Botus Fleming one & a half miles from Saltash, East Cornwall.  Plymouth city centre is 8  miles. 12 miles to the beaches at Downderry & Portwrinkle .15 miles to spectacular beaches at Whitsand Bay.  45 minutes drive to the Eden Project.   A 5 minutes stroll to The Rising Sun Inn (real ale).  The international standard golf course at St Mellion is under 2 miles. This is a lovely area for country  walks, being in the Tamar Valley. There are walks along the Tamar Estuary and pretty estuary villages such as Cargreen  (3 miles away with a good pub, the pub’s excellent restaurant overlooking the water). Leading from the cottage are pleasant walks along the country lanes with a 15 minutes walk to the estuary and Moditonham Quay (estuary fishing). The cottage is situated on a smallholding and was converted from a stable during 2001, providing high standard and inviting accommodation, adjacent to the owner’s farmhouse. Access  is by a  short private lane leading to the 2  properties. There is a side and rear patio (affording privacy) with garden furniture, B.B.Q.  Can stroll on the smallholding’s 10 acres .
