Detached ‘Seaward View Bungalow’
is situated in the village of Beacon 1 mile from Camborne and 5 miles from
Portreath, West Cornwall. The bungalow is in a quieter cul de sac amidst
other bungalows on the edge of the village and enjoys panoramic countryside
views with the sea visible in the distance. The Falcon Inn is a short
walk away and there is a large selection of places to eat and shops in
nearby Camborne. Portreath is renowned for its large classic sandy
beach and there are more excellent beaches a few miles away on either side
at Gwithian and Porthtowan. Continuing along the coast St Ives
is 10 miles away with Penzance 14 miles. Camborne is an historic
old cornish town and worth a visit with many interesting old buildings
dating from the height of the tin mining boom and a statue of Richard Trevithick
the steam engine inventor. Just outside Camborne is Carnbea Leisure Centre
with indoor pool & gym. Many attractions in the area including Tehidy
Country Park.

Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed. Kitchen/diner with an electric oven,
hob unit, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Dining table
and also a breakfast bar with bar stools. Lounge with T.V. & DVD. Bathroom
with bath, overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a good size
enclosed rear garden with table and chairs and a tiny front garden.
There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars and also parking on lane outside
the bungalow (no restrictions).

A nicely furnished detached modern
bungalow situated just outside St Merryn Village,3 miles from Padstow,Cornwall.
Only 2 & a half miles from superb beaches at Trevone, with many
other good beaches such as Harlyn & Tregarne within 5 miles. This is
probably the best stretch of beaches in cornwall,with a magnificent coastline.
Padstow is a delightful fishing village, now more widely known courtesy
of the T.V. chef Rick Stein who has a fish restaurant in the village. Mackerel
fishing trips available from Padstow & there is a ferry which will
take you across the estuary to the beaches at Rock. The little village
of St Merryn has good pubs, cafes & shops. Trevose 18 hole golf course
3 miles.The bungalow is in a quieter position in a cul-de-sac, on a small
rural modern estate.There is a rear lawn and open front lawn. Garage,
plus other parking in the cul-de-sac.

A large nicely furnished semi-detached
farmhouse on Yeomadon Farm near Pyworthy village, 3 miles from Holsworthy
market town and 8 miles from Bude beaches and the North Cornwall coast.
It is a large property with many original features and a large private
garden with adjacent parking. This traditional beef farm is on the
beautiful Cornwall/Devon border. Visitors are welcome to enjoy the
picturesque walks around the farm’s fields, lakes and woodland. A
short stroll to free fishing on the farm’s 4 lakes with carp up to 20 lbs
and tench, roach, bream and crucian carp. Visitors also have free
use of the farm grass tennis court. Plenty of things to do and see
in the area as well as the local beaches including the Eden Project (just
over 1 hours drive away); Dartmoor and the coastal footpath walks;
National Trust properties and gardens; Roadford Reservoir for water sports
and walks; Clovelly and Dartington Crystal where you can watch the glassware
being made. Holsworthy has a leisure centre with indoor pool, shops
and pubs and large park.

shower unit and washbasin and a separate downstairs toilet & washbasin.
Oil-fired central heating and hot water are inclusive. Woodburner
in lounge (first bag of logs inclusive-further logs available at cost).
Verandah with seating overlooking the rear lawn. Electric by £1 electric
