in a rural setting in the tiny village of Quethiock, East Cornwall. Liskeard
& Callington are 5 miles.The fishing village and beach resort of Looe
is 13 miles. Easy reach of the picturesque Tamar Valley, the tourist city
of Plymouth with its many attractions, St Mellion Golf Club & Leisure
Club, Cothele N.T. and 10 miles to the large sandy beaches at Whitsand
Bay. The Butchers Arms pub (does food) at St Ive is under 2 miles.
This is an attractive character cottage
that has been renovated during 2002 providing higher standard and appealing
accommodation. A sun conservatory has been built onto the cottage which
overlooks and leads onto the enclosed and pretty rear garden (garden furniture).

bungalow situated just outside St Merryn Village,3 miles from Padstow,Cornwall.
Only 2 & a half miles from superb beaches at Trevone, with many
other good beaches such as Harlyn & Tregarne within 5 miles. This is
probably the best stretch of beaches in cornwall,with a magnificent coastline.
Padstow is a delightful fishing village, now more widely known courtesy
of the T.V. chef Rick Stein who has a fish restaurant in the village. Mackerel
fishing trips available from Padstow & there is a ferry which will
take you across the estuary to the beaches at Rock. The little village
of St Merryn has good pubs, cafes & shops. Trevose 18 hole golf course
3 miles.The bungalow is in a quieter position in a cul-de-sac, on a small
rural modern estate.There is a rear lawn and open front lawn. Garage,
plus other parking in the cul-de-sac.

farmhouse on Yeomadon Farm, near Pyworthy village, 8 miles from the beaches
at Bude and the North Cornwall coast. Holsworthy market town 3 miles.
The Eden Project is just over 1 hours drive away. A traditional farmhouse
amongst beautiful countryside on a 130 acres dairy farm. Visitors are welcome
to watch milking and other farm activities. The house has its own private
garden area with parking. Enjoy picturesque walks around the farms fields,
lakes and woodland. Free use of farm’s grass tennis court. A short stroll
to FREE fishing on the 4 farm lakes with carp up to 20 lbs.
Plenty of things to do and see in the
area as well as the local beaches including the Eden Project (just over
1 hour drive away). Dartmoor and the coastal path for walking; National
Trust properties and gardens; Roadford Reservoir for water sports and walks;
Clovelly and Dartington Crystal where you can watch glassware being made.
