of Kenegie Manor under 3 miles from Penzance and the 2 miles
of beautiful sandy beaches stretching from Penzance to
Marazion. In our opinion Kenegie Manor is among the nicest
cornish holiday parks. The villa is pleasantly furnished in
a more peaceful position and a couple of minutes stroll from the
400 years old Kenegie Manor. Enjoy strolling or relaxing in the lovely
grounds. Club membership is inclusive so there is free use of the
fabulous indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis, putting and play areas.
For evenings there is the licensed bar.
This part of cornwall has many of the
best holiday attractions and theme parks in the county, together with many
of the best beaches.St Michaels Mount Castle (reached by boat,
or beach causeway at low tide) is visible from Kenegie Manor entrance.

‘Robins Nest’ is tucked away in the
village of Mawnan Smith, near the Helford River, on Cornwall’s balmy south
coast. The property was designed and built with a couple in mind. A cedar
clad, slate roofed retreat, nestling in the owner’s half acre garden offers
peacefulness and tranquility. Just a couple of minutes stroll to the village
centre with thatched pub, renowned for it’s food, post office and shops.
Mawnan smith is 5 miles from Falmouth and in an Area of Outstanding Natural
Beauty with four magnificent tropical gardens, open to the public. For
coastal footpath walking, sailing and watersports (boats for hirte) fishing,
golf, exploring west Cornwall or just relaxing, you couldn’t choose a better
location. The Helford River, famous for its wood-fringed creeks and oysters,
is just a mile down the lane, with glorious sands at Maenporth beach a
mile in the other direction.

‘Well Farm Cottage’ is a pretty
and traditional character cottage in North Tamerton village, 9 miles from
the excellent beaches at Widemouth Bay and 11 miles to the beaches at the
beach resort of Bude, North Cornwall. The cottage, probably dating
from the 18th century, is in a rural setting, amidst beautiful countryside,
one of a few cottages in a courtyard setting on a 70 acres sheep and beef
farm. Access by surfaced short farm lane leading into courtyard. Holidaymakers
are welcome to stroll in the wood and fields, with a short stroll down
to the stream (Tamar river) with trout fishing. The stream also makes
a pleasant setting for picnics. Other walks in the village, such as along
part of the old Bude Canal. Holsworthy market town is about 4 miles away
with shops, pubs and restaurants. Many holiday attractions in the area
including Tamar Lakes Water Park (nature reserve, for hire- canoeing, windsurfing,
sailing), Tamar Otter Park and much more. Reduced green fees on selected
nearby golf courses (via cottage owner).
