A superb 18th cent semi-detached
cottage with 14 acres of land in the ancient village of Stratton,
next to Bude, North Cornwall. A roomy cottage, originally a farmhouse,
hence the cottage's name 'Pollards Farm' and the reason that the cottage
has lots of character and original old features including a feature staircase
and front door probably dating from the 18th century. The cottage
is under 2 miles to bude's large classic sandy beaches. There is
a perfectly enclosed large rear lawn and 14 acres of adjoining fields for
children to play in. Animals in the fields. Stratton village is a traditional,
pretty 17th century cornish village with its stone cottages, village square
and ancient church. A short stroll to the village's 3 pubs & 1 shop
including the large and first rate Tree Inn with its courtyard, bars
& restaurant and its full size painting of Tony Paine, the 17th century
cornish giant. For those interested in walking there are many pleasant
footpaths leading from the village. Drive up the hill out of the village,
down the other side and you are in Bude!

1 double bed & cot. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 4 has
2 single beds & 1 single put-u-up bed. Maximum of 8 people please.

T.V. & video. Glass sun-lounge overlooking the rear garden. Kitchen
has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer & washing machine. Microwave.
Washing machine. Parking at bottom of driveway for 3 cars. Mobile oil-fired
electric heaters, electric fires, 2 fan heaters. 3 storage heaters - available
at £15 per week, payable upon arrival. £1 electric meter. No
pets.

pretty detached modern bungalow on the outskirts of Stratton
village only 2 miles from the beaches at Bude, North Cornwall.The bungalow
is situated on a quieter country side lane amidst a few older houses, just
north of Stratton village centre.1.5 miles walk into Bude town centre and
beaches by lane & footpath. A quarter of a mile stroll into Stratton
with the excellent Old Tree Inn, & Kings Arms pub. Bude is a
beach resort, famous for its miles of classic sandy beaches & coastal
walks. It has the usual entertainment and amenities and boasts a free &
large salt water swimming pool on the main beach,an indoor pool, a 18 hole
golf course and a few unusual attractions such as boating on Bude Canal
(can hire rowing boats).

from Bude, North Cornwall.Excellent beaches at Widemouth Bay 7 miles. Lovely
panoramic country views. A reasonable size front lawn, enclosed by
a stone wall. Also a rear concrete area for ball games, and a sandpit.
5 miles to Tamar Otter Park. Ojn a small family farm -can stroll in woods
and fields.
