Holsworthy market town is 1 mile away with shops, pubs, restaurants, and an indoor swimming pool. Holsworthy 18  hole golf course 1 mile. Tamar Lakes (watersports, trout & coarse fishing) are 7 miles. Set in countryside this character stone farmhouse positioned at the end of a private farm lane has a magnificent sun conservatory  overlooking the garden  and a private 1 acre playarea for children. The farmer lives next door and holidaymakers are welcome to stroll in the fields. A working farm (cows & calves).
