terrace of 4 cottages on a narrow quiet side road. A rural picturesque
setting in a NatTrust area.Quiet & secluded position, ideal for
lovers of the countryside & country walks. Under 20 minutes walk
via footpath (see photo on inside of brochure cover) to Lansallos beach;
footpaths leading to other mostly secluded beaches.This cottage is next
door to Polperro 1. Polperro is the prettiest & most photogenic
of all Cornish fishing villages. Narrow streets.The colour washed cottages
cling to the steep sides of a long ravine & surround the harbour. A
smugglers museum. Chat to the fishermen or watch the catches being landed
at the fish quay.

comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed & built in wardrobe with beautiful
views over fields. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 single
bed. Bedroom 3 is small, has no wardrobe & may be more suitable
for a child. It has no window of its own but shares a window with
bedroom 1, hence noise will travel between the two bedrooms. Bedrooms 1
& 3 are accessed by a small internal landing. Downstairs bathroom
with bath, toilet, washbasin, & fan heater. Beamed lounge/diner with
window seat, colour T.V. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer,
washing machine. Small front lawn. Large enclosed rear lawn with surrounding
trees & hedge. Off the road parking space 50 yds.£1 electric
meter. Easy to keep warm.1 econ 7 storage heater & 1 electric fire

The Warren is a nicely furnished
1930’s style detached bungalow on the outskirts of Callington, 8
miles from Saltash , East Cornwall. Plymouth 10 miles. Whitsand Bay beaches
15 miles. Only half a mile into Callington’s shops,pubs & restuarants/cafes.
The bungalow is in a quieter position,on a narrow country lane, not on
an estate. A really great feature is the huge surrounding & enclosed
mature garden of just under 2 acres. The bungalow is well positioned to
enjoy the scenic attractions of the beautiful Tamar Valley and the many
fine National Trust houses and grounds to visit such as Cotele House and
Antony House & gardens. Further south is the delightful coastline with
beaches all along the coast from Plymouth to Looe. Plymouth city , now
pedestrianised, is well worth a visit,offering: the new National
Aquarium,historic Barbican and Hoe waterfront areas,Elizabethan House,
Pavilions (ice skating, swimming), The Dome, etc.
