Mawgan Porth

Mawgan Porth has  a large classic sandy beach, excellent for surfers, with lifeguards from mid May to mid October.  The village of Mawgan Porth is tiny, comprises  a few cafes, a couple of shops and a few large Country Inn style pubs with indoor restaurants, some with outdoor seating as well so one can enjoy the beach and sea views.  The village has a few private houses and a few holiday cottages.  There are spectacular cliff and beach walks from the beach.  There is a car park behind the shops.
