Loenter Description
Loenter is situated in the village of Mawnan Smith, West Cornwall, in two acres of private land and gardens. The holiday accommodation is a spacious self contained ground floor rear apartment of a large detached house, the owner living in the adjoining house. Loenter is near the Helford River Estuary and under 4 miles to Falmouth and 15 miles to Truro. Just a 5 minutes stroll to the village which has an Italian restaurant, Post Office & general stores and a thatched pub (The Red Lion Inn-does food). Mawnan Smith is in an area of Outstanding National Beauty with three magnificent tropical gardens nearby including Trebah Gardens and National Trust Glendurgan. This is a great base for coastal footpath walks, sailing and watersports (boats available for hire), fishing and golf. The beautiful Helford Passage (famous for its wood-fringed creeks and oysters) and Maenporth beach in the opposite direction are both 1 mile away. There are many other local beaches and Loenter is an ideal location for exploring the Lizard Peninsular, Kynance Cove and St Mawes. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project are about a 45 minutes drive away. Both the lounge and bedroom have pleasant views over the rear garden and adjoining countryside. Wireless Internet is free (bring own laptop). Own large rear garden with 2 patios with garden furniture, both enjoying pleasant views over the surrounding countryside. BBQ.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed and 1 single bed (the single bed can go in lounge if required).Large lounge with T.V. Kitchen/diner (seating for 3) with electric cooker and microwave. Spacious shower room with shower unit, wash basin and toilet. Both the lounge and bedroom have pleasant views over the rear garden and adjoining countryside.
