‘Furze Croft’ is a higher standard semi-detached stone cottage in lovely countryside in the pretty hamlet of Gwennap; 8 miles to Truro and Falmouth and 5 miles from Penryn, South Cornwall. A good central position for exploring both coasts. 5 miles from the beach at Flushing above Falmouth and 8 miles to the beaches at Portreath and Porthtowan on the opposite coast. A good area for walking, National Trust gardens and water sports. Furze Croft has been converted from a 16th century coach house, retaining charm & character. A very peaceful setting, being one of two cottages at the end of a short private lane, surrounded by fields and woodland. Good size enclosed garden. Also an attractive patio garden with table and chairs & barbecue. The Fox & Hounds pub is half a mile away and does food.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Lounge with T.V. & DVD. Conservatory/dining room with french doors leading onto garden. Kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine & dishwasher. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower & toilet.

Cottage Facilities

Linen & electric inclusive. Night storage heaters in bedrooms and downstairs, available if required at £10 per week payable upon arrival. An electric fire in lounge.
