Cosy Cottage is a lovely end-terraced old character cottage in the village of St Blazey Gate 2 miles from St Austell, Cornwall. Only 2 miles to the excellent sandy beach at Par Sands and 3 miles from the beach at Carlyon Bay. 4 miles to Charlestown harbour. The Eden Project is 1 and a half miles. There are various shops (including Post Office, Bakery) and a cafe in the village and a few minutes walk over to the Four Lords Pub (good food and a beer garden). Quarter of a mile walk to St Austells indoor market (thought to be largest in the country). Lots of tourist attractions in this area from the Hanging Gardens of Heligan to activities for children such as Bens World indoor adventure. Cosy Cottage offers higher standard accoommodation and boasts a large enclosed rear garden. The rear patio (garden furniture) overlooks the rear lawn.

Linen, electric & gas inclusive. Gas central heating and also a woodburner affect electric heater in lounge.

Non-Smoking. Adjacent parking bay at front of house for 1 car & can park a second car on the lane in front of the parking bay and house. No pets.
