Plymouth is 14 miles. Looe and Polperro are well known and picturesque fishing villages, popular with visitors, Looe boasting a good sandy beach. A short distance further down the coast are St Austell & Fowey. A good coastal position for exploring the many local attractions of East Cornwall whilst being in easy reach of Plymouth. One of a small number of cottages on what was once a farm, in a quiet rural and secluded setting at the end of a short lane with panoramic country views. The cottage is all ground floor. Great care has been taken to retain the character of the original building including exposed stonework, complemented by attractive furnishings.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. A Futon double bed in lounge area. Roomy open plan living area. Lounge/diner area with T.V. Kitchen area with an electric cooker, hob unit, microwave and fridge/freezer. Shower room with shower unit, washbasin & toilet. Utility room with washing machine.

No babies or children under 16 years. There is a dedicated off the road parking space at the rear. No pets.
