‘Shire Horse Barn’, a spacious and recently completed barn conversion amidst lovely countryside at Trewidlands 6 miles from Looe, South Cornwall. Polperro is 11 miles and Liskeard approx 4 miles. Plymouth is 14 miles. Looe and Polperro are well known and picturesque fishing villages, popular with visitors, Looe boasting a good sandy beach. A short distance further down the coast are St Austell & Fowey. A good coastal position for exploring the many local attractions of East Cornwall whilst being in easy reach of Plymouth. The cottage was once where the Shire Horses were stabled, the property originally being on a farm; one of a small number of cottages in a quiet rural and secluded setting at the end of a short lane. Panoramic country views. The cottage is all ground floor, there being an adjoining cottage with accommodation next to and above Shire Horse Barn. Great care has been taken to retain the character of the original building; high beamed ceilings, exposed stonework complemented by attractive furnishings.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. A quality Futon double bed in lounge area. Roomy lounge/diner with T.V. Kitchen/diner with an electric cooker, hob unit, microwave and fridge/freezer. Shower room with shower unit, washbasin & toilet. Utility room with washing machine.

No babies or children under 16 years old. There is a dedicated off the road parking space at the rear. No pets.
