’Bluebell Cottage’ is a higher standard semi-detached cottage in a rural setting about 2 miles from St Dennis & Roche villages, approx 7 miles from St Austell & approx 8 miles from Newquay, South Cornwall. An excellent central area for exploring Cornwall. Situated in Enniscaven hamlet, one of a small number of individual cottages on a quieter side lane amidst lovely countryside. Goss Moor, an English Nature open moorland (rare butterflies, birds), is about half a mile further down the lane affording a pleasant walk from the cottage and onto the moor. Pubs and shops in Roche & St Dennis. The cottage was renovated during 2008 providing attractive, spacious and very comfortable accommodation and is ground floor only. Access by its own short driveway, having a decent size enclosed side garden comprising a small lawn area, a surfaced area and patio doors opening onto the enclosed patio with garden furniture.
