Own driveway, so set away from road traffic. The trout stream is a short stroll away through the fields (can fish by worm, spinner or fly). Old bridge with lovely river walks, ideal for riverside picnics/recreation. Own large enclosed front lawn as in photo. Garden furniture and BBQ. Bedroom 1 has 1 single bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 4 (downstairs) has 1 single bed & bunk beds. Double bed-settee in lounge. Large lounge with T.V., DVD, free unlimited Wi-Fi and open log fire. 2nd toilet downstairs. Bathroom with bath & overhead shower. 2nd T.V. in bedroom 2. Large Kitchen/diner with seating for 10, an electric cooker, freezer, fridge, microwave, dish washer & washing machine.

Cottage Facilities

2 Cots & 2 High Chairs. Stairgate available upon request. Log fire in lounge (logs available at cost). Wall mounted electric convector heaters in all rooms. £1 electric meter.

Off the road parking for 4 cars. 1 dog welcome (or 2 small dogs).
