‘Brambles’ is a higher standard roomy detached house 7 miles from Boscastle in the tiny village of Trelash, North Cornwall. Crackington Haven beach is 6 miles. Widemouth Bay beaches are 6 miles with the beach resort of Bude 8 miles. The North Cornwall coastline is famed for its stunning rugged coastline and is popular with walkers who enjoy the miles of National Trust coastal footpaths. Wilsley Down country Inn at Hallworthy is about 1 miles away (good food & small beer garden). ‘Brambles’ is one of about 5 detached houses on a quieter country side lane in a rural setting. Enclosed & secluded rear garden comprising a long patio (garden furniture) the length of the house overlooking the large rear lawn. Patio doors open out from the lounge onto the patio, a pleasant setting to enjoy an outdoor meal or have a barbecue.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed & en-suite shower room with shower unit, washbasin & toilet. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed & en suite bathroom with bath, washbasin & toilet. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds. Bedroom 5 (downstairs) has 1 double bed. Also an upstairs bathroom with corner bath, washbasin & toilet. Downstairs toilet & hand washbasin. Kitchen with a breakfast bar (seating 5), electric cooker & double oven, microwave, fridge & separate freezer. Spacious utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. Main lounge with T.V., DVD & HiFi. 2nd lounge (children’s room) with Digital T.V. & DVD. Dining room with large dining table seating 8. Central heating and woodburner (fuel from local garages) in main lounge.
