A higher standard end-terraced villa set in the magnificent 16 acres wooded Country Club & Estate at Atlantic Reach 6 miles from Newquay, Cornwall. A somewhat upmarket vacations estate and although the country club facilities are not available to holidaymakers staying at this villa the pleasant setting and well placed location make this a good place to stay. Approx 10 miles to the Eden Project. St Columb village (a few miles away) has restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops whilst the stretch of beaches and coastline between Padstow & Newquay are often quoted as the finest in Cornwall.

Parking in the Country Club car park 2 minutes away. Double glazed so easy to keep warm- a night storage heater and a wall mouted electric heater downstairs, a mobile electric heater upstairs. 1 dog welcome.
