Jewella Cottage Description

A traditional character semi-detached farmhouse amidst quiet countryside on the edge of the tiny rural village of Grimscott, 4 miles from the excellent surfing & bathing beaches at Bude, North Cornwall. A few miles from ancient Stratton village with its three pubs (The Old Tree Inn does particularly good food). Spectacular & rugged coastal walks along this stretch of coastline; from the wild beauty of Hartland Point to legendary King Arthur’s Castle at Tintagel. Lots to do in the area: Bude beach resort attractions - indoor swimming pool (with wave machine) & a huge free swimming pool on the main beach, 18 hole golf course, tennis, etc. Tamar Lakes 6 miles: nature reserve with trout and coarse fishing, bird watching & sailing. Jewella Cottage has an enclosed rear garden with country views and is situated on a 60 acres family run sheep & beef farm, one of only two properties, the owners farmhouse being the adjoining property. The two properties are reached by a short surfaced driveway,so set away from the road in a peaceful setting.
