Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Double bed-settee in lounge area. Both the rear & the front bedroom have a balcony. Fitted kitchen/diner with electric hob unit, electric oven, microwave, fridge & washing machine/dryer. Lounge with T.V. with Freeview, video, hi-fi unit & DVD Player. New & well fitted shower room with shower unit, washbasin & toilet.

Cottage Facilities

Linen inclusive. Heating by thermostatically controlled electric wall heaters in bedrooms and downstairs (by the key meter).

Parking in main estate car park or in mini car parking area a few hundred yards away. 1 dog welcome.
