‘Chest-Tre', a lovely semi-detached victorian character stone cottage in Delabole village, 3 miles from Tintagel, North Cornwall. Camelford 3 miles. Boscastle quaint fishing village only 5 miles. Trebarwith Strand good beach 3 miles & favourite Polzeath beach 10 miles. Beautiful coastal walks along the rugged North Cornwall coastline. A short stroll to the Poldark Inn (food) and The Workmans Inn (food) and a General Stores. A few minutes stroll to Ferndale farm coarse fishing lakes. Rear enclosed lawn just visible in photo and smaller little lawn on other side of hedge.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. No suitable room in bedrooms for a cot. Lounge with T.V. & open fire. Dining room with open fire. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave & fridge/freezer. Bathroom with bath & overhead shower.

Cottage Facilities

£1 electric meter. Night storage heaters in all bedrooms, lounge & dining room, available individually at £4 per heater per week each, if required, payable upon arrival. Coal fire in lounge & dining room (logs & coal from garage). Woodburner in kitchen. Electric fire in lounge.
