Trevalsa Description
'Trevalsa', a detached house in Polzeath, North Cornwall, a 7 minutes stroll down to lovely Polzeath beach. A quiet location amidst a few other houses on a side lane with excellent panoramic sea views from the upstairs lounge; the views extending all the way to Padstow & the Camel Estuary. The cliffs and Polzeath beach are a 7 minutes walk down the lane leading from the house, or take the slightly longer route to Polzeath beach & shops via lane and road (under 10 minutes). 'Trevalsa' is on the Daymer Bay side of Polzeath. Polzeath is just across the estuary from Padstow, just over 1 mile from Daymer Bay beaches, 2 miles to Rock, 5 miles to Port Isaac and 6 miles to Wadebridge. Polzeath is a small village with a number of pubs, cafes and restaurants along the waterfront. The beachside 'On The Waterfront' pub has extensive outdoor covered seating where one can eat whilst enjoying the view over the adjacent beach. A stream runs into the beach, there are rock pools and the large classic sandy beach is one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Cliff and coastal walks. The small and secluded rear patio garden has garden chairs, barbecue and a lockable shed for surfboards etc.

Bedroom 1 has 1 King Size double bed and is a gallery style bedroom accessed from the upstairs lounge via 9 steep steps (an original ships ladder, not suitable for children or someone with walking difficulties), the bedroom having hanging space and bedroom cupboards and all-round views from the two velux windows. The upstairs lounge can be reserved for sole use of bedroom 1 creating an extra large and unique bedroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (full length, 2ft 6 ins width)with views over Polzeath beach and the sea. Bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds with views over Polzeath beach and the sea. Bathroom with bath, separate shower unit, washbasin & toilet. Large open plan living area. The kitchen area has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. 2nd, good size architect designed upstairs lounge with a woodburner and large windows with superb panoramic sea views. Dining area with patio doors leading onto the rear patio garden.
