‘The Bungalow’ is a lovely and higher standard 1990’s modern detached bungalow situated in the picturesque hamlet of Talskiddy, under 2 miles from St Columb Major village, 3 miles from the beautiful beach at Mawgan Porth and 8 miles from Newquay, North Cornwall. A quiet rural setting, adjacent to a few old character cottages on what was originally Talskiddy Farm. Just a stroll over to the village ‘Duck Pond’ and a further pleasant walk down to a little ford over the tiny stream on the edge of the village. St Columb Major has pubs, shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a beautiful enclosed front garden (garden furniture) with lawn, trees, shrubs and flowers-really pretty in the summer. Also a 1 acre enclosed rear garden. In addition there is an enclosed front patio with table and chairs.

Accommodation

Bedroom 1 has 1 double King size bed (en-suite shower room, also with toilet and washbasin). Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed (en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin). Double futon bed available for lounge area. Separate toilet and washbasin. Large lounge/diner with T.V. & DVD. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. A freezer and tumble dryer in utility room.

Linen inclusive. Gas & central heating inclusive. £1 electric meter.
