Bude has varied holiday attractions, a favourite for surfers; free huge open air swimming pool on the beach, golf course, leisure centre, boating & fishing on Bude canal and much more. At low tide try the approx 2 miles walk along the beaches to Sandymouth & the Coombe Valley- or choose the cliff top option. The house has a small front garden and a good size enclosed rear garden with a small lawn. Rear patio with garden furniture.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has 1 single bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed & 1 double sofa bed (suitable for 1 person). Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed & 1 single bed. Bedroom 4 has 1 double bed. Large lounge/diner with T.V. & DVD. Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge & dishwasher. Washing machine. Bathroom with bath & overhead shower. Upstairs & downstairs toilets.
