Atlantic Reach is somewhat upmarket and although the country club facilities are not available to holidaymakers staying at this villa the pleasant setting and well placed location make this a good place to stay. The villa is set on the edge of the estate, in a quieter position. Front lawn area with garden furniture. Double glazed so easy to keep warm.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Double bed-settee in lounge area. Lounge area with T.V. & DVD. Kitchen/diner area with an electric cooker, microwave & fridge. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin & toilet.

Linen inclusive. Electric inclusive. Heating by wall mounted electric convector heaters in bedrooms and living area.

Miscellaneous Information

Can park in the main estate car park or the mini car park a few hundred yards away. 1 dog welcome.
